December 31, 2007. The last night of the year. The three of them on the sofa, the bell ringing, and everything the year was.
December 24, 2007. Woojin lies awake and listens to what the walls hold.
December 22, 2007. Woojin performs the child lost in the snow—and learns that the right amount is not always enough to stay in control.
Saturday, December 2007. Woojin goes to his father’s rehearsal and learns where the air goes.

A rainy Thursday in August: Dongshik writes a market monologue for Woojin and spends an afternoon teaching him—not how to perform, but how to carry. Woojin tells his father he’s been practicing alone since he was two.
A July afternoon: the shoebox from the wardrobe shelf comes down. Sooa tells Woojin about the six years before him—three programs, a letter from Minhyuk, a stage she could not go further on. Woojin understands what she gave him without knowing it.
