April 2011. Lee Junhyeok assigns a poem to present to the class. Woojin chooses a poem about a tree knowing through its roots. The prior receiving carries the twenty-two lines without a partner. Two kinds of reading.

March 2011. Fifth grade begins — a new teacher who watches rather than manages. The ginkgo buds two days early. And Kim Sunhee sits across the table as a partner for the first time: the ultimate unfamiliar-partner test. The window opens.

February 2011. Woojin turns eleven. The birthday text read for the sixth time — its knowing is the 0.3-second window. Kim Sunhee named what his father wrote when he was six. Six years of watching. Same instruction, two forms.

January 2011. Kim Sunhee takes him out of the studio and onto the street. Unfamiliar ground accelerates the prediction mechanism — the window compresses but does not close. Then: a new partner. The failed prediction opens the window.

December. Kim Sunhee’s year-end assessment: the window works in familiar places — next year, unfamiliar. Park Jiyeon delivers forty-seven pages of the tree’s watching. Everything is a performance. The structure is visible.

November. The ginkgo releases. Woojin watches his father’s production with the full vocabulary active for the first time — and sees the prior receiving, the body’s yellow, the weight carried through the monologue. Five years and two months.

Individual training deepens. A monologue — no partner. Woojin discovers the prior partner: the character’s accumulated watching, carried as weight in the body. The turn arrives not from deciding, but from fullness. Like the ginkgo’s yellow.

October. Individual training begins. Kim Sunhee sees what the group setting could not show: the knee pre-bends before the foot lands. The head is sending preparation ahead of the event — 0.3 seconds ahead.

September 2010. Fourth grade begins. The summer integrates into the body. The ginkgo turns. Individual training with Kim Sunhee announced for October. The triangle keeps rotating.
